At the bottom of the front page, the index or homepage or whatever, is a forum entitled "FAQ's & Forum help" or something to that effect. There is a thread by Ricky Agrawal with a good explanation there for you, as well as a link to download a useful re-sizing tool to enable you to more easily post pics.
