Are vendors allowed to solicit thru PM?
Got a PM 2 weeks ago from someone who saw my car in a thread - the PM was, I think, intentionally intended to feign interest in my car asking if I had "any plans" for it.

Trying to be polite I replied and subsequently have received 2 more PM's offering their services/parts.

This morning I received a PM over on 6speed - the same lame "hey, nice car, any plans" - not sure if he knows i'm the same person (my user name is different but my sig pic is the same).
