How do I Upload Pictures into my Album?

How do I Upload Pictures into my Album?
I checked the FAQ and it says there should be an "Upload" button when I click on my Album, but all it does when I click it is shows the same Link for my same Album, with a small "create a new Album" link on both the top and bottom of it.
Any pointers?
