How can I put a picture in a post? I know how to use [img] command but how do I upload the picture to the server first. I don't want to use "attachment".

In other posts I see that pictures have a URL f MB World server. How do I upload to it?

When you do it as an "attachment" it will automatically upload it onto the mbworld.org server.
