92 300TD transmission problem
My transmission has reverse but you have to push the car for the forward gears to engage. Do I need to rebuild the transmission or is the something that I am missing?

I have a 92 300Td and the transmission has reverse but you have to push the car forward to get forward gears to engage. Is there a fix that I'm missing or do I need a rebuild?
