My 2008 E320 has problems with certain Satellite channels. Initially I called Sirius and after a quick diagnosis told me that it was a hardware issue and I needed to take the car back to the dealer. The dealer gave me a packet of information which suggests this is a common problem "as of Model Year 2008." However on one of the pages within the packet it says that for NTG 3 (whatever that is) for MY 2008 the remedy is to replace the Satellite Radio Receiver. My dealer never looked at the car simply providing me with a copy of the packet. My question is how would I determine (if I can) if this "NTG 3" - thing applies to me?
