R350 Air suspension sag
The front end looks like a low rider in the mornings, no issue after start-up. R350 has airmatic suspension and 88,000 miles.

2008 E63 wagon (1 of 62)
one or both of the front struts are leaking.. Would suggest just replacing both so you don't put one on and have to do the other a few days afterwards.
