Last Night i was trying to lock the car but its lights started flashing
I checked indicators light buttons doors but nothing helped. Finally i left it unlock.
Can some one tell me what could be the problem?

Possibly a broken door switch....I've seen them break and the vehicle thinks that the door is open when you try to lock it. Very common on 203. Black switch located on "b" pillars for front doors...usually it is one of these switches.
