SL Garage Opener
I recently needed to reprogram my opener and after resetting the system (outer two buttons depressed until indicator light provided a fast blink) and depressing one of the three buttons immediately causes indicator light to slow blink so it never goes to the programming mode. Is there a fix for this?

It seems that the radio needed to be off, the vehicle out of the garage/away from gate at least five feet and the two second handheld copy needs to be extended to seven each time. Once the learn function was completed on the third depression the system worked and replicated it with the gate system.
