This probably belongs in "Off Topic" but I'll cut you some slack cause you are new.

Use the "Test" thread section to play a little with HTML. Those little buttons up there set everything you need to post pictures and links and stuff. There are some "HTML for Beginners" websites that can help you with text sizes and fonts and stuff. Once you have what you want in the test section...simply copy the HTML into the signature block in your control panel.

Actually Bruce isn't that new.....he just "reincarnated" after the last major black out

Brunelleschi, I can understand your artistic mind working there (great artist by the way ), but that all sounds too complicated for a starter. Here's my attempt at a "sig pic for idiots" instructions:

1) Click into "User CP: (Top right);
2) Click into "Edit Profile";
3) In the "Signature" box, type [img]
4) Immediately after [img] put the URL of an image posted on the web (note: must be on the web so if you want a pic of your own, you must post it somewhere) - the URL can be found by right clicking on the pic then choose the "properties" at the bottom of the menu that pops up - copy that after [img]
5) At the end of the URL, close off the image by adding a [/img]

Optional"

6) You can simply type in text before or after the above link command (i.e. not between those [img]'s - I know, I know it's gonna be "with 4 OEM mudflaps" and 16 MB logos, hee, hee

Good luck - can't wait to see your SL and E again Bruce (BTW, remember you did promise to put a nice pic if I'd gotten rid of my Matrix Twins?)

Thank you all very much. Hopefully I'll be back soon with a new signature. BTW, I like the subtle humor , it's great. Happy Holidays to all.
