i asked the same question back in november and i was told that when a position becomes availible Mr V makes a choice. I don't know that for a fact but just email Mr V and let him know that when a position becomes availible you would like to be included in the pool of choices. i would think it also helps to have alot of posts and know alot about mercedes.
