Is there a site setting that will enable the "bell" icon adjacent to my username to alert me with an indicator that another user has responded to my post? I am also a member of a popular BMW forum which generates this type of notification automatically.

Great feature, but not on MBworld.org. There is an option in your control panel to receive email notification of new replies to your posts. I hope that helps.
