Problems adding jpegs.
I’m trying to add a new thread to the w204 forum. When trying to add jpegs to the new post, I select 4 pictures from my iPad Pro, i arrange the jpegs, then press upload. Then try to preview the pics but they never add. I tried many times but couldn’t load the pictures to the post. Signed out and back in, shutdown/restarted iPad ... still fails.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
There is a delay between the time you click upload and the picture appears. Please allow time for the pictures to appear, the techs are working on an update that should speed that up. Thank you for letting us know!

Thanks for the quick response... yes I realize it takes time to load but it always worked in the past... I tried many times giving as much as ten minutes to load and preview? Nothing changed on my side... same iPad Pro, same level of iOS 12.0.1. When is the update scheduled to be available?

Yes ... tired loading one, two, etc... same results... tried different file size low res pics... still not working... I’ll try on my other devices(MacBook/iPhone 10xs max) ... go figure? I tried to attach a single pic to this note using advanced option... waited 10 minutes but nothing attached... FYI my upload speed is running around 500mps this morning.

IPad 3 uploading test
It is uploading the pics to your album first then you can load from your Album. The techs are working on eliminating one of the steps so it’s a straight shot to the post. Thank you!
