Quick way to make an AVTAR
Does anyone know a way I can convert a JPG to the AVTAR size used in this forum??? Is there some sort of freeware or maybe some procedure I can use with MS Paint or something.

You just need a program that can read and resize a JPG like MS Paint or Microsoft Picture Viewer. You can also go to download.com and get tons of freeware. Then adjust your image to 65x65 pixels. You may need to play with the image a bit to get it to look right when you adjust the size.
