Please help!

Whenever I try to use the site with my home WiFi connected I get the screen listed below. What can I do to fix this?

You appear to be using a VPN. Try another VPN or disable your VPN. The network team has some of them blocked due to abuse.

Not sure I understand what you're asking about. Norton anti-virus is a software program used to protect your computer from virus and is not related to this issue. Perhaps you're using a Norton suite and part of that suite gives you a VPN service that happens to be from Amazon.

The message you show indicates you're using a VPN. The VPN that you're using is blocked by the network team because it was associated with previous abuse concerns used by others. Because of that, to protect the network, the team has blocked that access.

You will need to change your VPN provider or disable it.

The VPN is from Norton and is part of the premium package. Sorry you have problems with my VPN. Please delete my account.
