The video will need to already be hosted online, such as on YouTube, due to videos usually being large in file size. If you've not used YouTube before, we would suggest using their community Help.
Once the video is uploaded to YouTube, you simply copy the URL of the video and paste it into your post on this site. The software will then embed the video player so that others can view the video in your post.
