I just created an account to list a set of wheels on the marketplace, but my ability to post is disabled because of (one of) the following issues.

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Is there a set of criteria that I have to meet before I can make a listing?

 

Yes, you need to be on the forums more and post more, a few more post a few more days it will unlock automatically.
