Just got the new R500 last month, and love it. They did not supply headphones with the rear-seat DVD system, but mailed them up last week (we live in the mountains, about 2 hours away). They have power (supplied batteries), but no sound. The dealer (over the phone) is clueless, as the system is "new to them." Yes, they are looking into it, but for the time being I am searching for anyone out there with the same issue. Oh yes, if you use regular headphones with a cord, the sound comes through fine. The picture is impressive as well. Anyone?
