Doesn't seem like it - what is your cap cost? It is never a good idea to put money down on a lease specially that much money.

That looks like an awful deal to me. Buyers of the R are in the driver's seat - especially with respect to the 2006s. You could probably do better than what you've described on an '07. I just leased a new '06 R350 for my wife. Below are the details:

Base price: $48,000
Iridium Silver: $690
Parktronic: $900
Comfort Package: $1,350
Trim Package (full leather): $1,750
Premium Package: $5,400

MSRP: $59,615
Negotiated Price: $46,313
24 months, 12k miles/yr
Residual: 68%

1-pay lease of $13,300 = about $554/month. This includes the bank acquisition fee, tax and license. I would generally avoid a 1-pay lease but at this price I'm comfortable I'd recover all $$ if the car were stolen or totaled.

10000 factory to dealer. Read Edmunds forum. I got 06' loaded $62k MSRP for $1600 down, $599 including tax, 27 month,12000 miles per year. Picked it up last week. Good luck .Cedric1031 I had a 2003 E500 and I like this car more for many reaons, #1 is the normal non electric break system.

They are taking you to the cleaners. Better do your homework. I'm paying $500+tax on an R350 w/ my out the door costs being $1900 for TTL, first months payment, etc. MSRP was around $54875. 27month/12K lease. They discounted it down to $43900 + through in the ipod integration kit. My deal wasn't even that great compared to some others.

I leased my 2006 R350 (Alabaster White / Macadamia) about 5 months ago and I think your lease quate is pretty high.
Here's my lease terms.

MSRP $63,500
Term in months: 27
Annual Mileage: 12,000
Total Drive Off: $2,000
Monthly payment: $588 + tax

Since currently I'm thinking to get rid of my R350, if anyone interested in taking my lease over, shoot me a pm.
The car is in a mint brand new condition without any dings or scratches.
BTW, I live in Bayarea.
