$3000 Factory to Dealer Cash on R500 for May
I just saw on Edmunds.com that Mercedes is now giving the dealers $3000 Factory to Dealer Cash on the 2007 R500. I understand that there will be no 2008 R500 or R550. I just thought people interested in the R500 would like this info. I do not know if they have adjusted the MF for May, however.

The $3000 is a factory to dealer incentive. In general, you can expect the dealer to simply pass that savings on to the customer. There are no factory to dealer incentives on the other R class vehicles, yet. Last summer, incentives started at $5000 early in the summer and peaked at $10,000 by September, so I would not be surprised to see incentives increased on the R500 and incentives started on the R350 and R320.
