Are the headlight switch settings backlit ?

Are the headlight switch settings backlit ?
My fairly new R350 headlamp switch is not backlit at night for the settings (0 Auto Park On, the know itselft is backlit) and I was wondering if it just blew out or it never was backlit?

Mine, neither. I have a 2007 R500. If it's any consolation, I programmed mine to come on when I start the car. I use the switch to go to Parking lights only when entering military bases at night.
