Air bag on NON Airmatic Suspensions?

I was switching out my center caps on the rear wheels and noticed when I pulled the wheel off that it appears there is an air bag in the place where the coil springs would normally be. My 07 R350 does not have Airmatic, does the R350 come standard with air springs that are just not adjustable like the Airmatic package presents? I'm sure it's a stupid question but I thought I'd ask! Thanks all.

I believe it has load leveling rear suspension.

Yep, what ^^^^^he^^^^^ said.

The non airmatic equipped R's have a load leveling feature for the rear.

Thanks guys, is it possible to lower my R with this load leveling suspension in the rear? My guess is that you just can't throw on some new H&R springs.
