Bought an 06 R350: Have questions...
ok, traded my Honda Odysey for an RClass -- should arrive this week.
The previous owner bought 1 new fog light ... same ones you see from the 09s but is it possible to install on the 06 from a wiring and control perspective...
Also, I see some R's with a chrome protective plate on the rear bumper where you close the door. Anyone know where I can pick one up.

From what I understand, yes the fog lights can be put on, and the stock lighting system can be used if your car was set up for them (Euro settings). Otherwise you'll have to aftermarket set-up the lights.
The protective plate can be picked up at MB dealership accessories/service area.
