Is 2007 R350 a good buy!

The new MDX is a great SUV with a very sweet engine and ride. The interior is really nice and it is more modern compared to the R-class's elegant. The technology package of the MDX is also much more user friendly than the R-class's Command center. Exterior wise, I think it looks nicer than the R-class.
Regarding a good buy or not, I would say it will be really depend on your needs and the prices. For my family, we had looked at both and my 2006 R500 beats new MDX by a mile due to the comfort, feature and price. Also, Acura MDX is very much a loaded Honda Pilot with a different shell and it is definitley less luxury and rare than the R.
Anyway, both cars are great choices and I would go test drive both and see which one better fit your needs.

Got offered $42k for 2008 MDX tech, package but went with R for $41,200.(more room than MDX @ third row.)
MDX has SH-AWD which handling is super over Pilot and has 300HP.
