tire & wheel upgrade for my R500

tire & wheel upgrade for my R500- seek advice
after searching all of the posts, I think I have this figured out. I am looking at a replica amg wheels in either 20" or 22". Here are my choices-
#1 20x8.5 with 35 offset
#2 20x9.5 with 35 offset
#3 22x10 with 50 offset
If I go with #1 or #2, do I really need a 10mm spacer if the offset is 35?
If I choose 20", should I choose #1 or #2?
I know #3 is the most aggressive looks, but I am kinda shying away since my wife will be driving it 100% of the time.
what would everyone choose and why?
Finally, what tire size- 265 or 275? 45 or 40 aspect? The cheapest is 275/45/20 which is how I am leaning since I can save a few hundred bucks......
