Day running light in R350?
Hi, R-class owners,
Is there a day running light in R350? If there is, then how would I activate it? I have a '06 R350 and I set the light in Auto mode.
Thanks,

Its' in the settings menu, available on your "menu" button on the steering wheel. There is a sub-menu called "lighting" that you access, then choose "constant" under the lighting sub-menu.

May be certain states or country required to have day running lights to turn
on.
My Acura RL day running light always on when engine is running and turn off when it dark.( There is no switch to turn off(sensor?). I guess for safety so everyone can see your car).
There is Pro and Con for day running light on (very annoy for some people).
That's like asking "How can I turn off my anti-lock brakes" or "I hate that 3rd brake light" or "My airbag is ugly, how can I get rid of it."
Even on a bright sunny day DRLs help differentiate your car from the cars in front and behind you at a distance. Just look a mile or two down the road on a clear day, guess which cars are noticeable? The ones with DRLs. Also, they help people see your car with their peripheral vision. Considering that people are talking on their cell phones, eating, drinking, listening to thumping music and watching movies in their cars, don't you want your car to be MORE visible to others, rather than less?
