Do dealers have 2008's still on their lots?
And if so, what kind of deep discounts can we get? What is a good price for one?
Also, if there are any left, would they be the fully loaded ones with all the bells and whistles, or are they the first to go?

Yes my dealership still has 2008 models, but they changed the system and I can't tell you how many or what options they have now..boo them lol. They were running a special last month of $15k off, but another month has past and it appears they still have some so figure another $1k or so.
As for options, nearly all R class's are P1, heated seats, 7 seat option cars. Not very many are optioned much more than that, with the exception of a rear seat entertainment system or a pano roof. At least that's the way all of them come in at my dealership, guess thats the most popular options in my region.

As of late February 09, $61,500 Canadian will buy you a new '08 R320 CDI, with Pano, Airmatic, heated front and rear seats, CD-changer, parktronic, rear center console, and all the other standard goodies for '08 like heated steering wheel, AMG sport appearance package with foglights, and power retracting rear view mirrors.
