i am looking for a second hand R350, is it 7-seats? I saw one which is 2 seats on second row, can it change it to one so can fit 3 people?

The 7-seater R class came out only starting from 2008 model year. Those before 2008 came only as a 6-seater - no option for 7 seats.
There are some discussions in this forum about changing a 6-seater to a 7-seater but I think the consensus was that it will be prohibitively expensive to do. Do a search on it.
Your best bet is to look for a 2008 model.

The discussion revolves around the mounting points for the center seat. In 2007 and earlier the option wasn't available so there are no mounting points. I have the 7 seat option in my 2008 and its basically useless unless your three feet tall and under. Not a comfy spot to have to sit for any extended period of time.
