I'm winning the Brake Dust Game!
I hated washing my car and not being able to fully clean the inside of the rims because of time or hassle factor. You also had to be careful not to go too far inside the rim and see where you had wiped when cleaning the outer surface.
For about $25 per rim, I had the inside painted "brake dust flat black" and now you cannot tell if they are clean or full of dust from years of use.
After a few washings, I don't worry about how it looks because it always looks the same.
Just passing along an idea that worked well for me.
