2007 GL450 2007 G35

08 R-350 certified pre-owned

I have an offer for a 2008 R-350 Certified pre-owned for $39500, with premium 2 package, ipod integration kit, 7-seater, panorama sunroof, 6-CD changers, heated front seats. This car has 21K miles on it. Could any one tell me whether this is a decent deal? Please help. I need to buy ASAP. . . .
