Auxiliary Battery Replacement and Extended Warranty Complain??

Hi i just bought this car 2 weeks ago it was adverted as a CPO by Mercedes benz of St louis progress point MO
But They said sorry warranty can not be transferred after 75.000 mile and just drop price 500 usd

As soon as while we come to new york from st louis battery signs come on .
I l try replace it myself because dealer here in NY ask for 330 usd plus tax.

What kind of battery i should buy??

And dealer says you can not replace the battery your self because computer need to be reprogrammed after replacement if you do your self windows roof etc may not work proper..

Can i complain to Mercedes Benz USA factory or some where the dealer whic i bought the car they don't care i cannot speak to any one about the problem i just bought and while i m living a way to my home its already start fault code

Main question for Auxiliary battery what type pr brand of battery i must buy. And how to replace it without need programıng..

This experince shows me you can not trust to dealers Mercedes-Benz included .

I bought 2007 R320 CDI and I got in possession about all work done in last 2 years. I have noticed that aux. battery has been changes year ago and I got 'white battery' the other day. I went to dealership due to all parts replaced there should have 2-3 years warranty. I have been told that due to battery replaced in warranty period, I cannot get that plan/program. The battery is ~ 60 $ + 1 hour replacement + 0.5 hour checking = 260 $ later

I think generally problem with R model is transmission (software first) and electronics (any part taking electrical power) ...

You have to do some "resetting" following a battery change, but computer work is not required.

Get the service DVD, which explains how to.

Follow the link in the previous post. All you need is right there.

It is under the front passenger carpet.
