I love my 2016 gl350
time to Upgrade to a GL sell the 06 R350
It is time to upgrade to a GL and part with our beloved 06 R350. I feel so sad the car has been perfect, none of the problems other owners have been experiencing. It is for the wife and she is insisting on a GL (her friend just got one and she has to have it too).
need advice on where to post the R350 for sale, I have done Craigslist, but I am sure there are better sites to market it. Please let me know.

Am I the only one who doesn't think the GL is an upgrade? Both cars can be had with similar if not the same options. Not sure if a panoramic roof is available on the GL or not. And we all know you can't get a V8 anymore in a R.
Anyway good luck with the sale of your R, I'm glad I don't have a wife that has to have a vehicle because her friends got one too. Lol I would be in the poor house fast at that rate.

I felt the same way when I read that.
To me, its not an upgrade at all. Its a completely different animal.
If I wanted a GL, I would have bought one. I liked the R because of its massive cargo/passenger capacity, its 4matic drive train, the fact that it was available as a diesel, combined with the fact that it handles better and is a lot more fun to drive than an SUV.

Pricing is soft on these. Be prepared to take much less than your advertised price. I just sold my 2006 R500 (Saks Edition), so I'm speaking from recent experience...
