Brake wear warning today .....
Bought a 2008 R350 this past winter as a CPO from a well respected Mercedes dealer. I've bought two other MBZ's from this dealer one new and two CPO. When we purchased the R it had exactly 25K miles on it. The dealer told us (nothing in writing) but as part of the CPO program they replace the tires, brake pads, extend the warranty one year past manufactures and some other stuff 100 point inspection etc...
Well driving home today the brake wear icon pooped up in the display between the tack and speedometer. Our car has 33K miles now, and if our car was purchased as a CPO why would I have a brake wear indicator on?

Requirement is that at least 50% of tires and brakes is remaining--NOT replacement no matter what.
