R350 - Vizualogic Headrest DVD Monitor - Black Screen
Hi Folks,
I recently purchased a 2007 R350, this is my first MB, I am very excited!.
But my 7 yrs old son has not been very happy as one of the DVD is not working.
I have two headrest DVD's, they are connected in such a way that you can play a seperate DVD in each one and both can play one DVD.

The DVD behind the Driverside is showing a black screen, nothing shows up. I know it is working as the button lights do come on, also, when I insert the DVD i can hear it turning and making sound and it plays as I can see it on the passengar side. But for some reason the picture does not come on the driverside..
Am I doing something wrong?? Is there something in the settings, I have tried everything.
Anyone else having this problem or know the solution?

I have a very similar problem. My passenger side screen comes on, but it says that that screen if offline. I can scroll through the various sources, but the screen blinks and the DVD does not play. However, the DVD that I inserted into the passenger side plays in the driver side screen.
Any thoughts?
