I am about to purchase Certified Pre-Owned 2007 R350 with 40k mile.
The deal is $22k.
The problem is there is no added option on this car at all.
I wonder if I can add aftermarket Back-up camera, Heated Seat?
Should I go for this deal?
Any concern on 2007 Reliability? (build Jan. 2007)

Certified pre-owned from MB for a 07 for $22K? Even with little option, it is a good deal. Btw, it is definitely possible to add those options but it may not be cost effective especially for the headed seats. I have a 06 and it has been very reliable and 07 supposes to be even better than 06.
Oh, I would suggest to buy additional extended MB warranty and it will worth it down the road.
