Mobil 1 ESP Euro Engine Oil
I have heard and read that I can or should use the mobil 1 ESP euro oil. I do not think I would like to use this because the standard euro oil has more lubricants, better engine longevity.
Do any of you guys use it?

Since my car has an extended warranty, I only use the approved fluids.
The PDF of approved fluids (currently at http://www.startekinfo.com/StarTek/o...stedDocId=9511), shows the following approved synthetics (I use the second one on the list). I'm just a little skittish about changing oil types after an engine has been using a certain type of oil for many thousands of miles. I have no scientific knowledge of whether or not changing the type of oil would really make that much of a difference. I assume that there are folks out there in the real world that run a given oil type/weight in the summer, and a different type/weight in the winter (with 0-40 synthetics, I don't think we need to worry about that).

MBWorld Fanatic!
For your gasoline engine vehicle, if it has 229.5 or 229.51 printed on the bottle it's fine and NOTHING else printed on the bottle means anything.
For diesels, it's 229.51 only.
