HI i would like to upgrade my comand center to the new one with the built in bluetooth plus 6 disc dvd changer with navigation and sd card. i have a 2008 r320 with disc navigation and mp3 player does anyone know what i would need to do to get this done. i would really appreciate all inputs thanks

I've read on the forums about people upgrading their comand centers via eBay. If I were to do it, i'd get a part number from the dealer and then go on eBay to see if anyone has it for sale. Consider the possibility that the receptacle on your R may not be the same dimension as the new part.

Yes I have read that it isn't a simple plug and play.

thanks fellas well since i already bought the head unit i must continue onward as this is not a simple upgrade as i thought it would be.

Were you able to complete the 2009 command upgrade?

No the amount of work I had to do I might as well buy a newer model car. Had to change all wiring new amp new part for the top clip plus then new unit
