Headlight wires?

Hi,

I will be installing some DRLs onto my 09 320CDI and i need to connect it to the following:

1.Turn Signal wire
2.Park light
3.Positive and Negative terminals.

My 320cdi-L has Bi-xenon and turn assist.

The DRL uses a relay so that it shouldnt give me any errors.

All help is appreciated.

Connect Positive DRLs to the Relay (87)
Positive batery terminal to Relay (30)
The park light positive to the relay(86).
Ground negative relay(85) to chassis and DRLs to chassis ground.

When you turn on the exterior light or head lights, the DRLs will be on.

You just need a another set of relays.
One for left and one for right turn signal or get a turn signal relay for left & right.

Hi AsianR350, this kit has the relay built in, so i just need to locate the correct point to tap into the Indicator lead.

Hi,

my kit has arrived and im trying to find remaining places to tap into

In addition to the info from AsianR350
Connect Positive DRLs to the Relay (87)
Positive batery terminal to Relay (30)
The park light positive to the relay(86).
Ground negative relay(85) to chassis and DRLs to chassis ground.

I still need to find a true positive source to power the DRLs. The DRLs are rated at 6W each. So im not sure i can use the Relay87 to supply the power rather than just a signal.

Shouldnt be hard to locate a suitable earth.

Which is the Turn signal relay?

And would there be any issues using a piggy back spade connector with these relays?
