Lug bolt size

Does anyone happen to know the lug bolt size for the R350? None of the "application guides" seem to have the R350. Moreover, based on my measurements of the bolts, they don't match any of the sizes listed on some of the sites (Gorilla, McGard, etc.).

If you mean size as in length (rather than girth )- I'm familiar with only 2 lengths for the R.

The spare tire takes the shorter length and comes with extra bolts if you have the optional 18" wheels, instead of the 17" wheels (which come standard).

This is because the 18" wheels have longer lug nuts.

On mine I carry around 5 short lugs with my spare when I have the 18" wheels bolted on with the long lug nuts. When I put on the 17" wheels for winter - I don't bother with the extra lug nuts since the existing lug bolts will work on the spare.

They're only about $5 each at a Mercedes dealer, why make it more difficult than it has to be?

If fitting aftermarket wheels, you're on your own and should consult with manufacturer of the wheels, who--if they're reputable--should be prepared to help.

There should be ZERO surprise that "gorilla," "mcgard," etc. don't do Mercedes. They do 'merikun iron.
