Garage Door Opener
Just bought a R350-and in trying to program garage door opener, the indicator light on the rear view mirror that is supposed to light up and blink doesn't. Two questions-is there a battery inside the mirror? Or is there a fuse for this?
We have a warranty and I can take it in - but would like to avoid that if possible-has anyone else had this issue?
Otherwise, the car is beautiful-our 9th MB-but first RClass-loving it!
Thanks in advance

I recall some earlier threads about people changing out mirrors because they didn't have Homelink or the auto dimming feature. They mentioned the wiring so I presume you don't have batteries to worry about.
Try going to the Homelink website for help. Also if you do a "how to program garage door" search on You Tube you'll find lots of videos.
For some reason the MB manuals aren't very clear on this issue especially when it comes to clearing old codes and rolling codes.
