Gonna get another one...
After much deliberation, actually none, I have decided to get a 2012 R3250 BlueTec to replace my 2009. My lease was coming due and the dealer has found one that is 50 bucks more per month than my 2009 but I am getting:
-Harmon Kardon sound system
-Panoramic roof
-BlindSpot Assist
-Keyless Go
-AMG Package with 20" wheels, Auto Damping System and Airmatic System
It is Citrine Brown, a neat colour that stays in the mould of the Cuabnite that we have now, I think, that darg beige colour, with tan interior.
Once I get it I will post some picks. I was going to try and wait for a 2013 because I wanted the bigger motor but the dealership doesn't think it will be offered for the R...pity.
Also, with the price of diesel being higher than premium gas now, it did cross my mind about going with the gas engine. Ridiculous the price right now, the same price as 94 octane gas, never mind 92!

congrats!!! got my wifey one about 3 weeks ago and we both love it. got the same options as you and the tri zone climate. went with the blue tec gas model. the new engine is a much better improvement from my previous 08

Right now it is 995 taxes in and the new one is 1045 taxes in. There are deals to be had before the rates and residuals change on Jan 1, but you have to act fast.

Hey - good for you.
I updated my 08 to an 11 - but mine are diesels.
You'll love the blind spot assist, the outlet in the rear, and I think they're getting better with time.
I hope these are around for a long time to com.

My 09 was a diesel as this one is too. The one the dealer got us was the Citrine Brown but it was a 6 pass., like who gets those today anyway? Argh. So we are going with a Calcite White, premium package as previously described plus the 20" AMG package. Probably next week this time...can't wait!
