06-R350 Adding Bluetooth

Has anyone found an easy way to add bluetooth for the phone? Is there an after market device that can be added?

I was considering different options, including Cartronics, but ended up with buying used MB Bluetooth module from ebay for a bit more than $100. Obviously, your car should have phone package installed.
