Lumbar Support Question

We bought a 2009 R350 and each time we get into the car we have to deflate the lumbar support. I looked in the owner's manual and found nothing other than how to adjust the support. I called the service department of the dealer where we bought the car and was told that, since we don't have memory seats, there is no way to make our adjustment permanent.

I find this odd. Anyone have the same experience or know of a way to permanently adjust the support?

Thanks,

Charles

2009 ML350
Lumbar support re-inflates upon each start up?

Charles, I was reading the forum for the same reason. I just purchased a pre-owned ML350 and did not realize that I would need to deflate the support each time I got in.

I also find this odd logic that the seat has to re-inflate to a specific setting.

Am just beginning to look for answers, so please post anything you find out as well?

I have a 2009 ML BlueTec. No memory seats but each time I get into the vehicle I have to deflate the lumbar support and sometimes even when Im driving it will re inflate.
