Just took a look at the 2010 brochure for the R-Class online. Wow, Mercedes really slashed the options list for these cars between 2007 and 2010. Lots of stuff you can't even get in 2010. Much more manageable menu of choices. Gone = leather, rear center console, bi-xenon headlights & washers, interior trim pkg, airmatic suspension.

So make me an offer if interested

Not sure why one would say low mileage on a car wouldn't help increase the value??
Also interesteing to find not one used R350 Listed on Mercedes Benz pre owned classified websitehttp://www.mypreownedmercedes.com/used with 25,000 miles and under on it priced lower than $35,000. Most of them listed from $35000 to $40,000 with more miles than ours and fewer options.

And an asking price is not the same as a sale price. So there are other people even more out of touch with reality. Let me know what it sells for. Nothing else matters.
Try going to websites where people actually shop for used cars. Autotrader or Cars.com come to mind. Here's your real competition.

And one with lower mileage at a lower price........

A car that has a clear title and several years left on the factory Mercedes warranty sure would be worth 3.K to me. If the transmission ever were to failed it would cost $10,000 to fix. Please keep you opinions to yourself. We're just trying to sell a car for our family.

A clear title is a major selling point for you? Really? That's the minimum expectation for any sane buyer.
Several years left on the warranty? Really? You are a marketing specialist aren't you? The factory warranty was 48 months or 50,000 miles. That means your car has roughly 24 months or 29,000 miles left. Either way that hardly equates to "several years". When you drove it off the lot the warranty was "several years". Hard to see how that has stayed constant.
And if there is another car with the same warranty coverage left (there is) for less money (there is) then warranty is moot as a selling point.
If the transmission fails, any failure at all, it will cost $10,000 to fix it? Really? Maybe no one should consider buying your car. The economics don't seem to make much sense. Seems like a money pit.
This just doesn't seem to be going your way. Never mind, maybe you'll find a sucker. They say one's born every minute.
