OEM Conti 4X4
It's mid March here in southern New England. I'm thinking of pulling off the Blizzak snow tires this weekend. I'm motivated partly to save the snows and partly to get back on some "normal" feeling and handling tires.
The "summer" tires are the OEM Conti 4X4. I bought the car as a CPO vehicle in December and the selling dealer put 4 brand new Conti 4X4's on the car. So they are in perfect shape with only a few hundred miles on them before I put a set of Blizzaks on for the winter and stored the Conti's.
So, my question is....I know the Conti's don't get great reviews on Tire Rack but, are they decent enough in moderate amounts of wet snow that I can get by in the next few weeks if we do get another small storm or two? Our winter so far has been unusually mild. One major storm, one average storm, and not much else. Tulips are pushing up through the mulch this week. No storms in the 10 day forecast. That clears me up to March 26th which is usually the end of snow season in these parts.
Anybody with long term experience on the OEM tires care to weigh in?

Yes. I have used the OEM conti's in snow a few times with out issue. Mainly because I put allot of focus and effort during snow driving.
