Blank ESN
My 2006 R500 year old(to me) sirius radio subscription has stopped. I want to renew it but the message with the phone number shows a blank ESN Anyone seen or heard of this and how do I get the number

Sirius was no help. They can not locate esn fromcar vin or privious owner name and address. MB does not keep esn info with car vin information. A bit of a dead end. MB has no idear why it does not display esn. I am now thinking my satelite module is dead. Can a fellow R owner without the sateite option tell me if they get all grayed out soft keys and a blank esn when they push the sat button on the comand center??

I'd call and ask someone else at Sirius. We went thru this just a few months ago when sirius went offline. My wife spoke to them and only gave them her account number. They were able to attempt the ping with no other information.
