Question:
What the hell is that, where do I put the bulb and what do I do next?
Do I have the wrong bulb? Do I have HID ?

The new bulb you have shown in the first picture is halogen H7 bulb. The last picture (thingie)is the ballast for your HID bulb. Yes you have HID's
