Hi,

Twice over the last couple of months I have noticed my front suspension completely lowered when returning to my parked car. Open the door car returns to normal height.

Is this normal?

You've got an air leak. There's plenty of threads on this if you do a search. Also look in the W164 and X164 forums as they're based on the same platform - they use many of the same parts and have basically the same issues.

Only noticed this twice in 40 days ...if it had a leak,would it be everyday?

I would depend on the cause of the leak. I suspect it will start off intermittent and then get more frequent and regular over time.

It could be temperature dependent. Expansion and contraction rates will change with temperature making small leaks change rates.

Yes I was thinking that also, small hole opens when temperature is really cold
