2009 R350, Keep or Sell help?

My wife loves her car, but maybe it is time to let it go with 110,000 miles. I'm just curious, heck maybe I've already repaired all the stuff the breaks and have smooth ride ahead with no more big repairs. All of the below repairs have been in the last year;

-Fixed the tailgate opening issue ($900)
-New Power Steering Pump (Leaking) ($800)
-New Power Steering Rack (Leaking) ($3000). The rack alone was over $2000.
-Rear Camplugs (Cheap, but three of them leaked at the same time)

Am I correct to replace the car, or do those with experience, think maybe I've fixed all the "standard" items? I've read about all of these in the forum, and they seem pretty common.

Thanks for the advice.

Not so much from experience but from digging around and finding out the known issues before i purchased my R500...
Airmatic is the other big ticket item...
And even if you don't have airmatic, your rear will have air suspension (US models) and if none of them have been touched before, at 110k miles, they will likely have to be soon... (and air compressor?)
Fronts are apparently 2-2.5k ... Rears are 1k ... Compressor 2-2.5k ...
Still the best 6 seater car on the road in my humble opinion...
Alternative to selling is to buy an after market warranty? 5 years / 60k miles cost me 2.3k ... i have to check if suspension is included but from what i recall it was, i specifically asked about it. (even though i knew that the fronts and compressor had been done 10/20k prior already). How GOOD the warranty will be for me, i'm yet to test though so take the above with a grain of salt
Best of luck either way you go!

You get royally screwed at your stealership.
EBay and a good mechanic gets you down at 1/4 of the price.

-New Power Steering Pump (Leaking) ($800)
It's around $120 on Ebay (I'm talking brand new part). And that's not a R350 exclusive. It's the same as on many GL and mostly ML-series, which means happiness for us R-series owners beacause there are literally tons of them on the 2nd hand market. I'm not expert but the part itself is quite accessible. If you spent $700 on installation and adjustments, please tour your city/area and look for other mechanics.

The rack alone was over $2000.
Ebay, $550, $650, have a look

Oh come on.
Be smarter than that.

I had the tailgate opening issue. The tailgate kept triggering the alarm as if it was open the first few days. After that it kept locked and the actuator motor kept running as it to open it (continuously). My mechanic had to go through the rear seats and dismantle the inside panel in order to unplug the faulty actuator.

Bottom line:
$220 actuator from ebay
$85/h x2 hours (that's canadian money, so make it $130 US total).

= $350 !
