Water in Battery compartment / Sirius dead

Front windshield drains clogged and water filled the right passenger foot well and the battery compartment. As far as I can tell that is all.

The day ir happened
Battery died, jump started and test drove it.
Headlights went on and off wipers came on and have no Sat signal.
Electronics seamed possessed.

Nothing is wet in the dash area.

Opened the battery compartment and dried it out.

After a day of drying Everything seams to be working now except anything related to the radio.
No Sirius, no CD and no radio.

Could it be the amplifier , Sirius module or both?
Anything else I should be looking for?

Any suggestions on fixing it myself.

Thanks
Tom

Most components are still wet-----it's like a flood car, it will take weeks to dry out, then you have to be concerned about all the damage cause by shorts when the car was turned on!!---not cool

Car started right up the next day with a little jump start.
Has been driving OK, all electronics are working except the radio.

Thinking of having it hooked up and diagnosed at the local garage just to make sure things are working that i cant see.

I pumped 5 gallons out of my battery compartment. Had to replace the SAM and a window motor. One rainy night I was watching TV, when the lights came on, then started flashing, I went out to investigate, then the windows started going up and down. Everything is working except the stereo. The head unit and the GPS works, just no output. I haven't tried any of the rear headphone jacks, they may have a separate amplifier. I think you will need to take it to the dealer were they can plug into the computer and test the various components..
